L’image que j’ai choisie était capturés sure une porte de garage. Le graffiti a un tag sur. Le nom s’appelle Chorus. J’ai vu ce tag sur des autres panneaux et murs. Le clan a utilisé une peut de bleu, blanche, orange et noire. L’image provient du mur. Le noir en bas du tag fait l’image en trois dimensions. Toutes les lettres qui composent le tag sont enroulées autour de l’autre. Le tag, Chorus est ré écrit dans le plus petit réel tag.

         J’ai choisi cette image parce que la photo donne une histoire comme celle de Fred, Simon et Guillaume. Il veut que le monde sache leur clan de graffitis. Quand j’ai vu le tag, j’ai pensé que le group de filles ou garçons veut les personnes sait leur histoire. L’image a beaucoup de saveur.Il y a beaucoup de différente couleur, mais le plus grande couleur est bleu. Ma couleur  favori est bleue et un peu d’orange. Je pense que la seule manière de dire aux gens sur leur histoire est de fait le graffiti sur les murs et rue.

Ma définition de l’art est difficile à expliquer et à la confusion. L’art est une expression de sentiments de quelqu’un. L’art est une émotion. Beaucoup de gens pensent que l’art est une peinture, mais beaucoup de fois son bot ce qu’il peinture mais son comment, ils se sentent. L’art est une compétence, beaucoup de gens peuvent dessiner et peinture.

 

            Le graffiti est art. L’art prend la vision, de l’effort et de préparation. Des gens pensent que beaucoup de graffiti est dessiné sure des murs qui est vandalisme, mes les garçons non pas de éditeurs pour montrer a des gens. C’est comme art parce qu’il y a dessein qui sont comme de véritables peintures. La différence est qu’elle dessin avec des canettes de couleur. 

 

Watchmen (graphic novel)

The graphic novel that i read was Watchmen, it is written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Dave Gibbons. The book mainly takes place in New York City. I chose this book on the bases that i would get a thrill out of heroes knocking out villians, but that's not the case. As i was reading the graphic novel i discovered that it's very doleful and sad. On the flip side i was introduced to new characters such as Rorschach. A tall slim built hero wearing a trench coat and a mask. He is pursived to be very threatening also creepy by many villians and heroes. He is the sole hero that still wants to defend the big apple from the trecherous villians and other countries. A down-side to this novel is that their are many characters introduced at the start, which can lead to a turn off because people wont be able to understand or know the characters and their meaning to the plot.

The character that i chose to write a profile on is Moe Vernon, a man who owns an auto-repair shop. I chose him because he had a special story relating to the Night Owl, another superhero fighting in NY. Moe was a hard working mechanic. He worked long hours with his crue fixing cars to earn an honest living and to feed his family. Moe was an old man around 50 years of age. He weighed roughly 230 pounds at the time. He had one of those faces that you would see in the past. A face that is expired. His face was not trend-setting, didn't have the same aspects that kids being born these days had. Moe liked to listens to his music via a present-day record players. He listened all day and all night until they closed. Moe had an unusual craving for useless knick knack's. Every where he went he got a little souvenir and popped it in his drawer. Moe Vernon was an honest man making an honest living.

The three panels that I chose are in Ch. 2 p. 21. They illustrate Rorschach trying to arrest Moloch. I found Rorschach to be very provocative towards Moloch just because Moloch was an ex-criminal magician. What i found interesting is that Rorschach hid inside the fridge waiting some time for Moloch to open it. I think it should have been a scene because their wasn't enough struggle, it was more of a confrontation then an arrest. That's why i think its still not worthy of a true scene. I had a problem with part of the scene because i could understand who said one of the lines because the arrows where not pointed towards the correct character who is speaking. This scene leads into the whole story because Moloch was the villian that pioneered breaking the law. This creates an even bigger disaster for all the superheroes.

- Sherlock Homes

Sherlock Homes interests me because he is very confident about the choices he makes about the investigations. Sherlock is extremely calm. He likes to be left alone or discuss with his partner Dr. Watson. Even though Sherlock is not the number one detective in the country he still does not show that he wants to be or act like one. He seems like an ordinary man who has many tricks to finding clues and solving mysteries. Sherlock and his partner Dr. Watson display no authority nor aggressiveness because he takes his time and "leaves no stone unturned".

-Re-tracing the steps

Sherlock Homes had been given a testimonial stating Sir Charles Baskervilles death. He received this from a man named Dr. Mortimer, who had not seemed to be followed. Sherlock and Watson found a taxi cab driving at the same speed that Sir Henry Baskerville, the air to the Baskerville palace and Dr. Mortimer. Sherlock found more foot prints approaching another part of the area called the Moor. Sherlock and Watson also receive a letter stating that they should never go to the Moor and also that the Hound of the Baskervilles lives in the Moor. Three men say they heard a screaming noise but one of them was a little bit scared it seemed. He could have been their and seen the Hound.

- "There is no object in our following them," said Holmes.

 "The shadow has departed and will not return." (p. 47). This appeals to me because i thought this proved that Sherlock has time to loose and is quite passionate about his job. 

- "When you pass Bradley's, would you ask him to send up a pound of the strongest shag tobacco?"(p.29). I understand now that for Sherlock Holmes to really understand the investigation he has to be doing something that he enjoys and smoking his pipe is one of them.

- "It would be as well if could make it convenient not to return before evening". (p.29). Also he wants to left alone to think. Sherlock Holmes has to be in solitude to solve murder mysteries.
